Our pricing is based on distance (per mile rate), vehicle size, and service type. Small Van starts at £1.10/mile, SWB Van at £1.35/mile, XLWB Van at £1.60/mile, and Luton with Tail-Lift at £1.65/mile. Each vehicle type has a minimum charge. Additional costs may include waiting time (£0.50/min after 10 minutes free), out-of-hours service (+50% surcharge), and handler fees at airports.

Yes, bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations within 2 hours of collection may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations within 30 minutes may be charged in full.

Our Luton vans with tail-lifts can handle items up to 1200kg. For very large items, we can provide a two-man crew at an additional cost. Maximum dimensions depend on the vehicle: XLWB vans can accommodate items up to 3.5m long, Luton vans up to 4.5m long.
