How do I check that T&C Logistics is a real company?

Look us up on the registers below before you book, and especially before you pay anything in advance. Our registered name is T&C Logistics Ltd and our only website is tclogistics.uk. We will never ask you to send payment to an account in a different company name.

Company number
16838210

T&C Logistics Ltd, incorporated in England and Wales on 6 November 2025. Companies House register

Registered office
44 Hythe Close, Bracknell, England, RG12 0UY

The address of record at Companies House. HMRC’s VAT register and the Environment Agency return the same name at the same address.

Several unrelated companies trade as "TC Logistics" in the US, Canada, Mexico and South Africa. This identifier, the company number above and this domain are what distinguish us from them. Wikidata

Our VAT registration, EORI number, waste carrier licence, insurance cover, driver qualifications and — just as important — the accreditations we do not hold are all set out on the licences and registrations page, each with the register that proves it.

How is my data handled?

We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect, why, how long we keep it, which processors we use and how to exercise your rights are all set out in full in our Privacy Policy, with browser storage covered separately in our Cookie Policy.

In short: we collect what a delivery needs — names, contact details, collection and delivery addresses, and a description of the goods — and we do not sell it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We hold no Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001 certification, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we do is described above and in the Privacy Policy.

How do I report a security problem?

Email contact@tclogistics.uk with “Security” in the subject line. Our machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt in the format set out in RFC 9116.

Please include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days. We are a small courier company rather than a software vendor: we do not run a paid bug bounty, and we would rather hear about a problem plainly than not at all.

Please do not test in ways that degrade the service for customers, access other people’s data, or send unsolicited automated traffic at the booking forms.

Someone is using the T&C Logistics name — is it you?

Possibly not. Unrelated firms trade as “TC Logistics” in several countries, and courier brands are routinely impersonated in payment fraud. What identifies us is company number 16838210, the domain tclogistics.uk and email addresses ending @tclogistics.uk. Our bank details never change mid-job and we do not take payment through a third party’s account.

If something you have received does not match that, do not pay it. Forward it to contact@tclogistics.uk and we will confirm whether it came from us.
