Licences and Registrations

Numbers, issuers, dates, and a link to the register for each one. Check them yourself — you should not have to take our word for it.

What licences and registrations does T&C Logistics hold?

Four, each one checkable on a government register without contacting us. They were last confirmed against those registers on 4 October 2026.

Company registration
16838210
Issued by Companies House

Active. Incorporated in England and Wales on 6 November 2025.

VAT registration
507872864
Issued by HMRC

Valid. The register returns T&C Logistics Ltd at our registered office.

EORI number
GB507872864000
Issued by HMRC

Issued 4 August 2026.

An EORI registers us to move goods across the UK border. It is not customs-broker, customs-agent or AEO status, and we hold none of those.

Waste carrier, broker and dealer
CBDU654368
Issued by Environment Agency

Upper tier. Registered 20 August 2026, expires 20 August 2029.

The register entry carries company number 16838210, so it ties the licence to the company above rather than to a similar name.

Do the registers agree with each other?

Yes, and that is the useful part. Companies House, HMRC’s VAT register and the Environment Agency each return the same legal name — T&C Logistics Ltd — at the same address, 44 Hythe Close, Bracknell, England, RG12 0UY. The Environment Agency entry additionally records company number 16838210 against the waste carrier licence, so the two cannot be separated.

Several unrelated firms trade as “TC Logistics” in other countries. If a quote, invoice or bank detail you have received shows a different company name, a different number or a different address, it is not from us. Check it against the links above before paying anything, and send it to contact@tclogistics.uk so we can confirm.

What insurance do you carry?

Goods-in-transit cover up to £50,000 per consignment, plus public liability cover. Consignments worth more than £50,000 must be declared before collection so that we can arrange additional cover; there may be a charge for it.

The binding wording is section 6 of our Terms of Service. Insurance is not a public register, so if your supplier-onboarding process needs a copy of the certificate, ask us and we will send it for your account.

What are your drivers and vehicles qualified for?

These are held by individual drivers and vehicles rather than registered against the company, so there is no public register to link to. We can evidence them for the driver assigned to your job.

  • ADR (dangerous goods): classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9. We do not carry class 1 (explosives) or class 7 (radioactive material).
  • Driver CPC: held by our professional drivers as the law requires.
  • ULEZ: vehicles meet the London ULEZ standard, so there is no ULEZ surcharge on our quotes.
  • Tracking: vehicles are GPS-tracked, with live updates during the job.

What do you not hold?

This list matters more than the table above it. We are a UK same-day courier, not an accredited pharmaceutical, airside, customs or HGV-operator business. Where a job genuinely requires one of the following, an accredited partner carries it out under its own licence and we coordinate — ask and we will name the partner for your job.

Operator’s Licence (O-licence)

HGV work requiring an operator licence is carried out by partner carriers that hold their own. We do not operate under a T&C O-licence.

MHRA WDA(H) and GDP certification

Pharmaceutical work requiring these runs through GDP-certified partner carriers.

Home Office controlled drug licences (Schedules 2–5)

We do not hold them and do not hold them on a customer’s behalf.

CAA approvals, airside operator licences and airside passes

Our air-freight work is landside: we collect from and deliver to cargo handlers’ landside counters.

IATA cargo agent accreditation

Air consignments are booked through accredited forwarders.

AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) status

Separate from the EORI above, and not held.

ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 and 27001

No ISO certification is held by T&C Logistics Ltd.

Cyber Essentials

Not held. Our data-handling practices are described on the security page.

FORS, BIFA, FIATA, HACCP and BRC

No membership or accreditation under any of these schemes.

SC or DV security clearance

Our drivers are not security-cleared to SC or DV level.

If you ever see one of these claimed as ours — on this site, in a quote or in a search result — that is an error, not a credential we forgot to list. Report it to contact@tclogistics.uk and we will correct it.

I need this for supplier onboarding — what do I send my procurement team?

Send them this page. Every number on it resolves to a government register they can check without involving us, which is usually faster than waiting on a PDF and harder to fake. For the items with no public register — the insurance certificate, and driver qualifications for a specific job — email contact@tclogistics.uk and tell us which form you need completed.

How we handle data, and how to report a security problem, are on our security page.
