The Ukrainian-speaking logistics companies in the UK almost all do the same thing: they send parcels to Ukraine. Collection across London on set days, a weekly departure, a consignment handed to a network. That is a useful service and it is not this one. Which languages can I actually be served in?
English, Ukrainian and Russian — and nothing else, stated plainly because the alternative wastes your time. Enquiries in any of the three are read and answered by someone who speaks it, between 06:00 and 22:00, seven days a week; messages are accepted around the clock. Unlike a national carrier's call centre, where a language option routes you to a script, the same person who quotes your job is the one who speaks to the driver. Is this a parcel service to Ukraine?
No, and the distinction matters because it is where most enquiries start in the wrong place. The Ukrainian-language carriers cited for this kind of search — Nova Post, Meest, Solovey — move parcels between the UK and Ukraine on scheduled departures. Can you send photographs if I am not in the UK?
Yes — a minimum of 4 photographs per job, as standard for any customer who is not in the country: 2 at loading and 2 at delivery, of the same consignment, taken hours apart by the same driver. which settles a condition question that a signature alone cannot. Tell us at booking what to photograph — the four faces of a box, a serial number, a seal intact, the room an item was placed in — and the signed consignment note with the receiver's name comes to you as well, not only to whoever was standing at the delivery address. Do I need a UK bank account or a UK company to book?
No. We need a billing contact and a named person at each end of the job; we do not need a UK company number, a UK bank account or a UK address from you. Payment is by card or international bank transfer against an invoice in pounds sterling, and for a single job the card route usually costs less than the transfer fees your own bank would charge. Whether UK VAT is charged depends on your status and where you belong under the place-of-supply rules in HMRC Notice 741A; the treatment applied is stated on the invoice.
How do I check that T&C Logistics is a real company?

We are not a consolidator to Ukraine — for a parcel to family, Nova Post, Meest or Solovey will be cheaper, and we would rather say so than take the job badly. We do not provide translation or interpreting as a service; speaking the language is how we take your booking, not a product we sell. And we hold no airside credentials, so an airport collection is landside, from the arrivals area or an authorised cargo handler after release.
