Sustainability & ESG Commitment

At T&C Logistics, we believe responsible logistics is not optional — it is the standard. As a UK courier service operating 24/7 across 43 cities, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact while maintaining the speed and reliability our clients depend on.
Our Environmental Commitments
ULEZ-Compliant Fleet
Our entire fleet meets or exceeds ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) standards. Every vehicle operating in London and other Clean Air Zones produces significantly lower NOx and particulate emissions than pre-Euro 6/VI vehicles. We charge no ULEZ surcharges — clean transport is our standard, not a premium add-on.
Route Optimisation
We use real-time traffic data and route optimisation to minimise unnecessary mileage. Shorter routes mean less fuel consumed and fewer emissions per delivery. Our average delivery efficiency has improved 15% since 2024 through better route planning.
Dedicated Vehicle Model
Unlike multi-drop consumer services that run large vehicles at partial capacity across dozens of stops, our dedicated courier model uses the smallest appropriate vehicle for each job. A document collection doesn't need a Luton van — we match small vans, SWB, or motorcycle couriers to the cargo, reducing fuel waste.
Paperless Operations
All proof of delivery is digital — GPS-timestamped with photo confirmation. No paper PODs, no printed manifests. Our booking, dispatch, and invoicing systems are fully digital, reducing paper consumption across the business.
Social Responsibility
Fair Employment
All T&C Logistics drivers are paid fairly and treated with respect. We do not use zero-hour contracts for our core team. Drivers receive training in specialist handling (ADR hazardous goods, GDP pharmaceutical, UN3373 biological samples) at our expense.
Community
We support local communities in the Thames Valley region where we are based. T&C Logistics has provided pro-bono delivery support for local charities and community organisations.
Data Protection
We are fully GDPR-compliant. Customer data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. Our drivers are trained in confidential material handling for sectors including banking, legal, and healthcare.
